Israel

Over two decades I have taken literally 1000's of photographs in Israel. I recently went on a family trip for Passover and have chosen about a dozen photographs for you to savour. Some are a little off beat and do not depict the usual tourist hotspots you might be more use to seeing.

We visited two very famous markets, one in Jerusalem and one in Tel Aviv. I particularly like the photograph of the elderly lady absorbed in picking garlic, the huge stall of mouth watering strawberries and the photograph of the Chala (Sabbath bread) piled up high.

There is also the photograph of my two children "flying" in the air at Cesaria which took many takes to get right. The photograph on the crowded sea front was taken in North Tel Aviv as hordes of people celebrate the city's 100th anniversary.

I hope you enjoy them all.

I am still selecting my all time Israel greats, but with literally 1000's of photos accumulated over 20 years I have a lot of work still to do!
